Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is an open invitation to Bloomington to anyone interested in learning the CompuCell3D simulation environment or furthering their CompuCell3D abilities. We offer:

• One to two week visit
• Partial or in some cases full reimbursement of cost
• Consultation with developers, experienced users, and PIs
  • Tutorial of CompuCell3D software
  • Tutorial of Python programming for CompuCell3D
  • Customization of needed features for model

We ask that you or your group provide a fairly detailed, written description of the proposed project and contact James Glazier prior to visit.
